Quarencia is a Spanish word defined as a space that one’s strength is drawn and where one feels at home. Also a space where you are your most authentic self. As a lover of the beauty of the mountains this is a place where I am most drawn. A love of the mountains was the one big reason I moved 1300 kilometres from the prairies when in my mid twenties.
There’s no need to frame these pictures as the edges wrap perfectly, bringing the painting to all sides of the art.
