And now for something different! It’s been a few years since I did a more traditional-type landscape. I’m going to be honest.. I wasn’t sure that I could do this type of art in a way that I would be happy with the results. I just kept on adjusting as I went along. I totally enjoyed the process though and plan to do a series.
This one came from a picture of my favourite hiking trail: Prairie Creek in Kananaskis, Alberta. I have probably done the trail 100 times over the years and everytime I go there I see something different. It’s 3 hours of flowers, butterflies, bees and beautiful forests. It’s where I think and it relaxes me.. and it inspires me!
